Please complete this and click submit and our dedicated Returns Team will get back to you within 1 working day. Make sure that you include all relevant information, including your order number, delivery postcode & reason for return.

We strongly recommend that you double-check measurements, the space in your room, and color schemes before making your purchase. However, if you’re not completely happy with your sofa, we’ve got you covered. We offer a FREE RETURNS policy if the sofa doesn’t suit your taste or style. Just fill out a returns form within 48 hours of receiving the sofa, and you’ll receive a full refund, including your delivery charge, on the day of collection.

While it’s a big help to us if you keep the original packaging, we can still accept returns without it. However, ensuring the sofa is packaged helps protect it during the return process.

If you request a return after the initial 48-hour period but within 14 days of delivery, we can still arrange for the sofa to be collected, though this service will incur a collection fee of £299.

To initiate a return, please complete our return formHERE, and our team will respond and organise the collection.

Once we have collected your order, we will process the refund on the same day! Depending on who you bank with the refund can take up to 5-7 working days to clear in your account. 

We're really sorry to hear you want to return your order. The item(s) needs to be unused and boxed in their original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging please ensure this is clearly stated on your returns form and our team will be happy to help.
