We highly recommend double-checking measurements, available space, and colour schemes before placing your order. However, if your sofa isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. If it doesn’t suit your taste or style, you can return it—just email us within 48 hours of receiving your sofa to request a full refund.

While keeping the original packaging is extremely helpful, we can still accept returns without it. Please note that the sofa must be protected for the return journey, and any damage that occurs after delivery may be deducted from your refund amount.

Once we’ve collected or received your order, we’ll process your refund the same day.

Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5–7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

We’re sorry to hear you’d like to return your order. Items must be unused and packaged in their original boxes. If you no longer have the original packaging, please note this on your returns form and our team will be happy to assist.
